Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Chaplet
In 1251, the Blessed Virgin appeared to Simon Stock in England in response to his pleas for protection of his order, the Carmelites. She handed him a scapular and told him that those who wore the scapular would receive her protection. Our Lady of Mt. Caramel is depicted in beautiful detail holding her blessed scapulars on one side of the medal.
Beads: 8 x 10 mm faceted jasper.
